Pioneering HDPE & PP Plastic Granules Recycling
Forge Renewables is a premier plastic recycling company and manufacturer of reprocessed HDPE and PP granules. Operating at international quality benchmarks, we cater to both the robust domestic industrial market and global export demands. Our Corporate Headquarters is located at Dewan Industrial Estate (Palghar East), with our state-of-the-art mechanical recycling plant strategically situated in the Palghar district of Maharashtra. As a registered Plastic Waste Processor (PWP), we supply high-purity, REACH & RoHS compliant polymer raw materials for rigid manufacturing, packaging, compounding, and molding companies worldwide.
Our Vision
To establish Forge Renewables as a benchmark for transparency and reliability in the fragmented Indian recycling sector, driving the circular economy forward by converting discarded industrial packaging into high-quality reusable commodities.
Our Mission
- Adopt proven mechanical recycling technology to transform post-industrial HDPE and PP scrap into premium granules.
- Serve as a registered Plastic Waste Processor (PWP) to help brands meet their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) mandates.
- Maintain meticulous records for compliance, setting a professional standard in the recycling industry.
- Displace the need for virgin plastics, thereby conserving natural resources and reducing landfill burdens.
- Capitalize on the growing global and national imperative to create economic value from industrial waste.
From Engineering to Environmental Impact
Founded by Vaibhav Bhoir, an experienced engineer with a deep background in the manufacturing and automobile sectors. After exploring numerous business avenues, Vaibhav identified plastic recycling as a vital, future-oriented industry capable of immense sustainable impact.
With a strong passion for refined manufacturing processes and a profound desire to enact real environmental change, he established Forge Renewables. Situated in the Palghar district, this state-of-the-art facility is uniquely positioned to address the western region's substantial plastic footprint under the formal regulatory framework of the CMEGP.

Hyperlocal Feedstock Ecosystem
We operate a strategic sourcing footprint across Maharashtra and Gujarat, optimizing feedstock procurement through smart economics and industrial integration.
Strategic Sourcing Economics
Our raw material sourcing covers the major industrial hubs of Maharashtra (Mumbai, Thane, Palghar) and Gujarat (Ankleshwar, Surat, Ahmedabad). This region generates the highest concentration of post-industrial polymer waste in Western India, guaranteeing a consistent raw material feed for high-volume orders.
Proximity to Nhava Sheva (JNPT) Port: Our plant in Palghar is located just 2.5 hours from Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) in Mumbai—India's premier container gateway. This proximity enables us to offer efficient logistics, rapid container stuffing, and short transit times for Full Container Load (FCL) export shipments to markets across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and Southeast Asia.
Unwashed vs. Washed Scrap Advantage: We strategically procure unwashed post-industrial scrap and leverage our high-efficiency, automated friction and hot washing lines. By washing and decontaminating the flakes in-house, we optimize procurement costs, passing on the economic advantages to our buyers while ensuring superior chemical control and quality matching international standards.
Sourced HDPE chemical drum scrap typically has a low Melt Flow Index of 0.3 – 0.5 g/10 min. To ensure stable molding parameters, all incoming feedstock batches undergo laboratory MFI profiling before extrusion.
CMEGP Scheme & Support
Our recycling facility is registered under the Chief Minister Employment Generation Programme (CMEGP) of the Government of Maharashtra. This program supports manufacturing enterprises that drive local employment and promote eco-friendly industrial activities.
- Rural Area Development: Operating in Palghar district allows us to leverage regional developmental incentives and establish a highly cost-efficient manufacturing base.
- Local Employment: The facility generates direct and indirect employment for skilled and semi-skilled technical labor in Palghar.
- Economic Growth: We contribute to the region's green industrial development by returning high-quality recycled materials back to the manufacturing loop.
The facility is fully aligned with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) regulations, implementing the two-stage consent model: Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO), coupled with CPCB portal registration as a Plastic Waste Processor.
