Operating a state-of-the-art mechanical recycling facility, we process post-industrial waste streams (like chemical drums and crates) into high-purity, REACH & RoHS compliant granules. We serve both high-volume domestic manufacturing lines and global export markets with consistent, quality-tested raw materials.

High-Performance Polymer Granules
Sourced strictly from post-industrial waste and processed using advanced mechanical extrusion to deliver virgin-grade performance.
Reprocessed HDPE Granules
Sourced from clean post-industrial HDPE containers, blue drums (200L, 100L, 50L), and industrial jerry cans. Our reprocessed HDPE granules are highly durable and optimized for blow molding, extrusion, and pipe manufacturing.
Reprocessed PP Granules
Sourced from post-industrial PP scraps, including battery casings, crates, pallets, and woven FIBC bulk bags. Our reprocessed PP granules offer excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, and are optimized for injection molding.
From Engineering to Environmental Impact
Founded by Vaibhav Bhoir, an experienced engineer with a deep background in the manufacturing and automobile sectors. After exploring numerous business avenues, Vaibhav identified plastic recycling as a vital, future-oriented industry capable of immense sustainable impact.
With a strong passion for refined manufacturing processes and a profound desire to enact real environmental change, he established Forge Renewables. Situated in the Palghar district, this state-of-the-art facility is uniquely positioned to address the western region's substantial plastic footprint under the formal regulatory framework of the CMEGP.
